Job Description: Telesales Agent

Department: Sales

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia / Remote if needed

Reports to: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce SmartBase's services and products (e.g., Odoo systems, software development, cybersecurity, cloud hosting, infrastructure management).
• Clearly present the benefits of Odoo ERP and tailor solutions to fit client needs.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into qualified opportunities or closed deals.
• Use Odoo CRM to log all calls, update lead status, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activity, call performance, and campaign success.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, preferably in IT or ERP-related services.
• Solid understanding of ERP solutions, especially Odoo.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Odoo CRM preferred).
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Fluency in Arabic; good communication skills in English.
