Senior Odoo Functional consultant

Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful Odoo ERP implementations, with deep expertise in business process analysis, functional consulting, and client engagement.

You will be responsible for translating client requirements into functional specifications, configuring Odoo modules, leading training sessions, and ensuring that the delivered solution aligns with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations across various modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, etc.)

• Analyze and document client business processes and workflows

• Customize Odoo functionalities to meet specific client requirements

• Deliver hands-on training and functional support to end users

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

• Conduct UAT sessions and resolve functional issues promptly

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Odoo or other ERP platforms

• Demonstrated success in completing at least 2 full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations

• Strong knowledge of business processes in finance, HR, procurement, and/or inventory

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Finance, or a related field

• Must have a valid and transferable Iqama in Saudi Arabia

• Arabic language skills are a Must .
